Use Tradify's Invoice Attachments section to add images (JPEG, PNG, JPG) and PDF documents to your Invoices for your customers to view. This feature makes it easy to include site photos and other relevant documents when sending your Invoices to customers.
Web Instructions
- Navigate to the Invoices page.
- Search for and select the Invoice you need to add attachments to or create a new Invoice.
- Scroll down to the Invoice Attachments Section.

Select Attach Files.
Note: There is a 20 files attachments limit, with a maximum size of 20mb per file.
- Browse your device and select the images or PDF's you want to attach.

Select Save on your Invoice.
Note: Select Preview to check out how these will show for your customer.
Mobile Instructions
- Navigate to the Sales page.
- In the Invoices section select See all.
- Search for and select the invoice you need to update or create a new one using the '+' icon.
- Scroll down to the Invoice Attachments section and select Attach Files.
- Select the method you want to add a file via (these options include: Take Photo, Choose From Library & Choose File).
- Select Save on the Invoice.
Removing Attachments from the Invoice on Web
- Navigate to the Invoices page.
- Search for and select the Invoice you need to remove an attachment from.
- Scroll down to the Invoice Attachments section.
- Select one of the attachments to open to Invoice Attachments pop-up screen.
- Select the X icon on the file thumbnail you want to remove.
- Select Close.
- Select Save on the Invoice.
Note: Invoices must be in a draft status to be modified, if your Invoice is in a approved, accepted or canceled status and needs to be modified, you will need to Reset the Quote To a Draft before being able to modify the quote.
Removing Attachments from the Invoice on Mobile
- Navigate to the Sales page.
- In the Invoices section select See all.
- Search for and select the Invoice you need to remove an attachment from.
- Scroll down to the Invoice Attachments section.
- Select the '...' icon on the file line.
- Select Delete.
Note: Invoices must be in a draft status to be modified, if your Invoice is in a approved, accepted or canceled status and needs to be modified, you will need to Reset the Quote To a Draft before being able to modify the quote.
