How to resend invitation to your staff member

We understand that there have been instances where staff members are not receiving invitations from the account owner.

Instructions:

  1. Navigate to your Settings.
  2. Go to the Staff Members section.
  3. Click on the specific staff member; ensure that the correct email address is listed.

  4. Utilise the provided link to resend the invitation email.
