Username is taken when trying to add a new staff member


Sometimes you need to create a new user member for your staff who already was working in another company with Tradify. 



In that case, he can use the same email, however, the username needs to be different from the username in his previous company.

  1. When adding the staff member uncheck the option Email is username
  2. Add user name of your choice (it will need to be different to their email address)
