How to add a New Site from a Job

Today we will cover how to create a new site directly from a job.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Jobs page. 
  2. Search for and select the job you want to add a site to or create a New Job.
  3. Search in the customer field and select your customer or create a new one from the Plus [+] icon to add a new customer.
  4. Then select the plus [+] icon at the end of the Site box to create a new site. (See the reference image below for a visual guide.)

  6. This will bring up a menu to create your new site, you will need to name the site and add an address (All other fields are optional).

    Note: The Job address will default to to the address on the Site Profile when added.

  7. Select Save.

Note: When sending emails from a job or other documents (Invoices, Quotes, etc) and a Site is specified, the email will default to being sent to the Site's email address (if one is provided). It can also be manually configured to send to the primary customer email address(es) or exclusively to the customer email address(es) via the email pop-up screen.
