Deactivate a Staff Member

In this article you will learn how to Remove a staff member from your active staff list.

 

Web Instructions

To remove a staff member, you can do this from the Staff Member setting:

  1. Navigate to the Settings.
  2. Then to Staff Members.
  3. find the active staff member you would like to deactivate.Staff members.png
  4. Under statue use the toggle, this will bring up an are you sure box, click Yes.Deactivate Staff member?.png
  5. Your staff member has now been deactivated.

Mobile Instructions

To remove a staff member or Mobile, this can be done from the staff settings via more:

  1. Head to the More page from your Navbar.
  2. Now select Settings > Staff Members.
  3. find the active staff member you want to deactivate and select them.
  4. From this page select the Deactivate Staff Member button and tap Save.
