Instructions
To reset your Tradify password:
- Head to https://go.tradifyhq.com.
- Select the option Forgot username or password?
- Enter your email address.
- A link will be emailed to use, use this link to set your password.
Reset Password for Staff Members
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Staff members.
- Select the staff member who needs their password reset from the list.
- Chose the option Resend email invitation.
- A email with a link will be sent to the staff member to reset their password.
