Customer Selected the Wrong Option on a Quote

Topic

If a customer picks the wrong option or changes their mind, you can reset the quote to draft and resend it, or update the options yourself.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Quotes page.
  2. Select the Accepted tab.
  3. Search for and select the quote you want to reset.
  4. Select Options.
  5. Select Reset to Draft.


     
  6. Then Approve the quote again.
  7. Send the Quote to your customer again OR Accept the quote on your customers behalf.
