If a customer picks the wrong option or changes their mind, you can reset the quote to draft and resend it, or update the options yourself.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Quotes page.
- Select the Accepted tab.
- Search for and select the quote you want to reset.
- Select Options.
- Select Reset to Draft.
- Then Approve the quote again.
- Send the Quote to your customer again OR Accept the quote on your customers behalf.
