Web Instructions
- Navigate to the Quotes Page.
- Select the Awaiting Acceptance tab.
- Search for and select the Quote you need to Decline.
- Select Decline.
- Select Yes in the confirmation pop-up box.
Note: To undo this action, you can Reset the Quote to Draft.
Mobile Instructions
- Navigate to the Sales page.
- Select the Awaiting Acceptance page under the Quotes section.
- Search for and select the quote you need to decline.
- Select Response.
- Select Decline.
- Select Yes.
Note: This cannot be done on the mobile app if the quote contains options.
