Decline a Quote on Behalf of Your Customer

Web Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Quotes Page.
  2. Select the Awaiting Acceptance tab.
  3. Search for and select the Quote you need to Decline.  
  4. Select Decline.
  5. Select Yes in the confirmation pop-up box.

Note: To undo this action, you can Reset the Quote to Draft.

Mobile Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Sales page.
  2. Select the Awaiting Acceptance page under the Quotes section. 
  3. Search for and select the quote you need to decline.
  4. Select Response.
  5. Select Decline.
  6. Select Yes.

Note: This cannot be done on the mobile app if the quote contains options.
