Decline a Quote on Behalf of Your Customer

To decline a Quote,:

  1. Open your Quote.  The quote needs to be Awaiting Acceptance.
  2. On mobile app:  Select the Response button in the upper-right corner, then Decline.
  3. On web:  In the bottom-right corner, select the red Decline button.
  4. Select Yes in the confirmation pop-up box.

Your Quote will now be Declined.

To undo this action, select Options then reset the Quote to a Draft state.

 

Please note: This cannot be done on the mobile app if the quote contains options.
