After a quote is accepted in Tradify, you can easily convert it into Purchase Orders with a few clicks.

Instructions
- Navigate to the Quotes page.
- Select the Accepted tab.
- Select Copy to Purchase Order.
- Enter the relevant supplier name.
- Tick the items you need to copy over.
- Select OK.
- Edit your purchase order as needed and select Approve.
Note: If your quote contains products from multiple suppliers, we recommend creating a separate Purchase Order for each supplier. To do this, follow the above process again.
