How Your Customer Accepts a Quote with Options

Steps Taken by your Customer

When an approved quote with options is sent via Text message or Email, your customer can open the quote online and choose from the options available. 

  1. The customer will open the email and see the option to Review Options to select from the options and accept the quote.

  2. Your customer sees a subtotal of included items and selectable optional sections, with the subtotal updating automatically as they tick options.

  3. After choosing options, your customer will click Accept Quote to confirm. The updated quote showing the total with selected options will appear.

Accept Quotes with Options on your Customers Behalf

  1. Navigate to the Quotes page.
  2. Select the Awaiting Acceptance tab.
  3. Search for and select the quote with options you want to accept for you customer.
  4. Select Accept.
  5. Tick the options the customer has specified. 
  6. Select Yes.

    Note: Your customers choices will also be reflected inside your Tradify account.
