To access your Settings, simply scroll in the bottom navigation bar until you see the Settings tab.
In Tradify, you can edit the following settings (depending on your Staff Permissions):

Editing My Information settings
In the My Information page, you can edit and add:
Note: * means the field is mandatory within Tradify.
- Name*
- Email*
- Phone Number
- Mobile
- Highlight Colour
- Default Billing Rate
- Hourly Rate
You can also choose whether you receive confirmation and Email invoice pop-ups.
Understanding Notifications settings on Tradify mobile
In Tradify Mobile, you can edit your notifications to suit your needs.
To edit your notifications:
- Head to Settings.
- Select Notifications.
- Select the toggles where you want to enable and disable notifications.
- Select Save.
Please note that you cannot further customise what notifications you receive within these notification toggles or the timing. If you want to disable Tradify notifications between certain times, check out these articles for activating Do Not Disturb on mobile devices:
Editing your Location Settings on Tradify Mobile
In Tradify mobile, you can edit your location settings to either improve accuracy or preserve the battery. You'll need to have Location settings enabled within your mobile device and have an Internet connection to use this feature.
To edit your Location settings:
- Head to your Settings tab.
- Select Location Tracking.
- Switch the toggle between conserving battery life or a more accurate location.
Privacy and Security settings in Tradify
In Tradify's Privacy and Security settings, you can:
- Enable/disable a toggle to hide sensitive information from customers (use this feature if you're needing to obtain on-site signatures).
- Change your password.
- Change your mobile number for 2-Factor Authentication purposes.
- Remove trusted devices.
- Enable/disable requiring a pin after inactivity.
To change your password:
- Head to your Settings tab.
- Select Privacy and Security.
- Select Change Password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password and re-type this new password for confirmation.
- Select Save.
To change your 2-Step Security phone number:
- Head to your Settings tab.
- Select Privacy and Security.
- Select Change mobile number.
- Enter your new mobile number.
- Select Save.
- You'll receive a text message with a code. Put this code in to Tradify and select Submit.
To access the privacy and security toggles:
- Head to your Settings tab.
- Select Privacy and Security.
- Enable/Disable your toggle features.
Using Staff Member Settings on Tradify Mobile
In Tradify, you can add, edit and delete Staff Members on Tradify Mobile.

Staff members and their corresponding permissions in Tradify Mobile.
To add Staff Members in Tradify Mobile:
- Head to your Settings tab.
- Select Staff Members.
- Select the blue + button in the bottom-right corner.
- Enter their name, email, username and other relevant details.
To change their username from their email, deselect the toggle using their email as a username and enter your desired username in that field. - You can select their billing rates, highlight colour and their notifications.
- When you're ready, select Save.
Please note: Your monthly subscription will be affected when you create Staff Members. Check out Tradify's Billing Terms for more information.
To edit Staff Members in Tradify Mobile:
- Head to your Settings tab.
- Select Staff Members.
- Select your Staff Member.
- Enable/Disable the permissions you'd like them to have.
- Select Save.
To delete Staff Members on Tradify Mobile:
- Head to your Settings tab.
- Select Staff Members.
- Select your Staff Member.
- Select Deactivate Staff Member.
- In the pop-up menu, select Continue.
