When the customer receives your Job Service Report email, they’ll get a link to the Job Service Report.
The Customer can:
- Review the report
- Accept
- Decline
- Comment
- Download
Note: For the Accept and Decline options to appear, the Job Service Report must first be Approved (not in Draft status). You also need to have the relevant settings enabled in Settings > Jobs — make sure “Allow customers to accept Job Service Reports online” is toggled on. If you also want customers to be able to decline, toggle on “Allow customers to decline Job Service Reports online”.
Below is what the Customer will see when they click on the link that's emailed to them.
If the customer accepts, declines or makes a comment on the Job Service Report, you'll be notified by email. Comments will show up in the Job Activity log.
