Create a Quote from a Template

Instructions

Navigate to the Quotes page.
Select the select the ⌄ Down Arrow Beside the New Quote button.
Select New Quote from Template.
Select a Template in the dropdown.
Select OK.

Note: If you would like Tradify to pull through the latest pricing from your Price List Items and Billing Rates, please select Update template with latest price list items and billing rates when creating the quote.
Once you’ve added all the necessary details to your Quote, select Save.

Navigate to the Sales page.
Select New Quote.
Select the ... three dots at the top of the screen.
Select Use Quote Template.
Select your desired Template.

Note: If you would like Tradify to pull through the latest pricing from your Price List Items and Billing Rates, please select Update template with latest price list items and billing rates when creating the quote.
Select OK.
Edit your quote as needed.
Approve your Quote and Send to your customer when you're ready.
