Turn on Quote Reminders

Tradify's automatic quote reminders help make sure your customers see and respond to the quotes you send, which can improve your chances of getting the job.

Instructions

To Enabled Quote Reminders overall for quotes: 

1. Navigate to Settings.
2. Select Quotes.
3. Find the Email Reminders section.
4. Toggle on Send email reminders (and Send Text Reminders if you would like to send reminders via SMS as well).
5. Adjust the Message to Customer as needed.
6. Select Save.

To turn on Quote Reminders on a per quote basis:

1. Navigate to the Quote page.
2. Search for and select the quote you want to enable/Disable reminders for.
3. Scroll down to the Quote Reminders section.
4. Toggle on Email reminders and/or Text reminders as needed.
   
   

3. Select Save.

Reminders will then be sent 7 & 14 days after the quote was sent, and 3 days before the quote expires.  They will stop once the quote expires or if it is accepted or declined. 

Note:  Reminders will be sent to anyone you sent the original quote to - including yourself if you sent it to yourself to view.  The email addresses will all be visible in the "To" field.
