When creating Quote & invoices from enquiries, the Enquiry information acts as a template, which means that you cannot use other template options when creating a quote or invoice directly from an enquiry. However, there is an alternative path to achieve this:
Instructions
- Navigate to the Enquiries page.
- Search for and select the enquire you want to use a quote or invoice template with.
- Select Enquiry Actions.
- Select Copy to Job.
- Select Save & Continue on the new job.
- Select the Quote or Invoice tab in the job.
- Select New Quote/Invoice.
- Then select the Template option.
