Your customer can leave a comment directly on the quote if they have any questions, need changes, or want to discuss the job further.
Steps Taken by your Customers
- The customer will receive their quote via email and/or text message with a link to view it.
- Once they have opened the link, They will select the Speech Bubble Icon.
- This opens a message option that sends you an email notification and logs the comment in the Quote's Activity Log.
Note: To respond to a quote comment and discuss details, contact the customer directly via your prefered contact method, e.g. phone, email, or text.
