How Customers Comment on Quotes

Your customer can leave a comment directly on the quote if they have any questions, need changes, or want to discuss the job further.

Steps Taken by your Customers

  1. The customer will receive their quote via email and/or text message with a link to view it.
  2. Once they have opened the link, They will select the Speech Bubble Icon.


     
  3. This opens a message option that sends you an email notification and logs the comment in the Quote's Activity Log.

Note: To respond to a quote comment and discuss details, contact the customer directly via your prefered contact method, e.g. phone, email, or text.
