Issue

Error Message: Houston, we have a problem. Invoice Draft can't be sent to Xero for the following reasons: The contact with the specified contact details has been archived.

Resolution

In Xero:

  1. Go to Contacts > All Contacts
  2. Select the heading Archived
  3. Select the contact giving the erro
  4. Select Restore
  5. Go back to Tradify and try to save the draft invoice again
