Using the Activity Log to view sent emails

 

Tradify's History feature is designed to help you keep track of your customer communications in one central place. 

 

Accessing the Activity Log

To begin using the Tradify history feature, you need to access the activity log in Tradify. Here's how:

 

1. Log in to your Tradify account.

2. Navigate to the relevant section, such as Jobs, Quotes, Invoices, or Forms.

3. Open the specific job, quote, invoice, or form for which you want to view the communication history.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the activity log and find the event associated with that particular item.

 

Viewing Sent Emails

Viewing the emails sent to your customers is easy and can be done as follows:

 

1. In the activity log, locate the events related to email communication, such as "Invoice email sent," "Quote email sent," "Job email sent," or "Form email sent."

 



2. Click on the event details to open a pop-up window displaying an exact copy of the sent email.



3. Any attachments are below the email and can be downloaded from this preview by clicking on the file.
