All Active Jobs are not shown in the Mobile "Active" list

Issue

In the mobile app, the active list is not showing all active jobs. 

 

Resolution

The active jobs list defaults to "My Jobs", only jobs assigned to yourself are shown in the Active list.  

To show all active jobs (if you have admin permissions) you can change the filter:

  1. Select the filter icon
  2. Change the Assigned to value to Anyone to show all jobs
