Resetting your Tradify password

Instructions

To reset your Tradify password:

1. Head to https://go.tradifyhq.com.
2. Select the option Forgot username or password?
   
   
    
3. Enter your email address.
4. A link will be emailed to use, use this link to set your password.

Reset Password for Staff Members

1. Navigate to Settings.
2. Select Staff members.
3. Select the staff member who needs their password reset from the list.
4. Chose the option Resend email invitation.
5. A email with a link will be sent to the staff member to reset their password.

What if my email isn't recognised?

If you see a message saying your email address is not registered with Tradify, it usually means your Tradify account was set up with a different email address. Your Tradify username might not be the same as your staff user email.

To find your correct email linked with your account:

• Check details on the app: If you're logged in on another device, go to More > Settings in the app to check the username shown there.
• Ask your account administrator: they can see all staff member usernames under Settings > Staff Members.
