Attaching PDFs to Tradify Documents on iOS Devices

Attaching a PDF to an Invoice on iOS devices

1. Head to your phone's Files app.
2. Long press the file.
3. Select Share.
4. In the applications that you can share the file, find Tradify. Select Tradify.
5. You can now attach the file to a Job, Invoice, Quote, Purchase Order, Bill or Customer. Select your desired destination.
6. Search for your desired document. You can add Notes if you need.
7. Select Done.

Your file will now be attached to your document.

Emailing the PDF to your customers

From attaching the file to your document, you can send your Invoice, Bill, Purchase Order or Quote with the attached file.

To do this:

1. In your document's dashboard, select the three dots in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Email.
3. Edit your email as desired and select Send.
