App Crashes and Freezes

If you're having problems with crashing or freezing on your Tradify App, you can usually overcome these by running through the methods below.

 

Check that your mobile device is running the latest version

First, you'll want to ensure that your device's operating system is up to date. 

For Apple devices: Navigate to Settings > General > About. If your phone is out of date, you'll be prompted to update it from here.

For Android devices: Navigate to Settings > About Phone > Android Version. If your phone is out of date, you'll be prompted to update it from here.

 

Check that you're using the latest version of Tradify

Secondly, ensure that you're using the latest version of Tradify.

For Apple devices: Navigate to the App Store and search Tradify. If your Tradify App is out of date, you'll be prompted to update it from here. 

For Android devices: Navigate to the Google Play Store and search Tradify. If your Tradify App is out of date, you'll be prompted to update it from here. 

 

What Next?

If your operating system and the Tradify App are both up to date and you are still experiencing the problem, the next best thing to do is force stop the app and clear your app cache.

For Apple devices: Double-tap the home button > swipe up on the Tradify App to force close it.

For Android devices: Navigate to the Settings > App Settings > Installed Apps >  and search Tradify. Click the Clear Data button and Force Stop (if available).

 

Nope, it's still happening... 

Lastly, if the issue still persists, please delete the app and reinstall it from your respective app store.
