Commenting on Quotes

Your customer can leave a comment directly on the quote if they have any questions, need changes, or want to discuss the job further.

Instructions

  1. To leave a comment on the quote, your customers will use the speech bubble from the quote screen
  2. When a customer leaves a comment, you will receive an email notification. You can also view the comment in the Activity Log on the Quote
  3. To reply to a quote comment or discuss details, get in touch with the customer directly using your preferred method—like phone, email, or text message
