This entails the utilisation of quote or invoice templates directly with Enquiries in Tradify.

Currently, Tradify does not have a feature that allows for this direct functionality.

Instructions

1. Create a Job from Enquiry:

   • Begin by creating a job from the enquiry.

2. Switch to Quote or Invoice:

   • Once the job is created and assigned a job number, navigate to the "Quote" or "Invoice" tab.
   • Click "Create New."

3. Utilize Templates:

   • In the new quote or invoice creation screen, you will have the option to use templates.
   • Select the desired template to streamline the process.
