How To Add a Link to Your Quotes

To add links to your quotes for sites pages like your T&C's (Terms & Conditions) or main website page, the best way to do this is to add this as a link in your quote document themes.

Instructions

1. Find and open your website link you would like to use in your browser.
2. Highlight and Copy the URL for the website.
3. In Tradify Navigate to the Settings page.
4. Select Document Themes.
5. Select the Document Theme you wish to add this to.
6. Change to the Quote tab.
7. In the Terms section add any text you want here, including any immediate terms you want to display on your quotes and then you can add some text like "Visit our website" or "See our terms".
8. Highlight the text in your quote terms you need to hyperlink.
9. Paste the link onto the highlighted text.
