Turn an existing Quote into a Template

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Quotes page. 
2. Search for and select the Quote you want to copy to a template.
3. Select Options.
4. Select Copy Quote to Template.

5. Provide a name for your new Quote Template.

   Note: Each template must have a unique name.

6. Select OK.

7. Edit the template as needed.

   Note: Notes & attachments can't be carried over from an existing Quote to the Template. These will need to be re-applied to the Template once it's been created. 

8. Select Save once you’ve added all the necessary details to your Template.
   
   

Note: Any sections marked as optional in an existing Quote do not carry over into the template as optional. You'll need to amend these each time you create a quote from this template to make sure you're sending these out as optional when needed.
