Filtering Jobs in the Job Dashboard

The Job Dashboard in Tradify offers convenient search and filtering options to help you efficiently manage your jobs. By using the search function and applying job filters, you can easily find specific jobs based on your search criteria.

Searching in the Job Dashboard

To search for specific jobs using the Job Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the search field within the Job Dashboard interface.

  2. Enter relevant keywords or references associated with the job you are searching for.

  3. As you start typing, Tradify will retrieve information related to your search criteria.

Note: The job search function can be used with the following criteria: Job Number, Job Address, Job Reference, Customer Name, and all four Custom fields.

Using Job Filters

To easily search for jobs based on specific criteria, you can utilize the job filters within the Job Dashboard. Follow these steps:

  1. Locate the available job filters within the Job Dashboard interface.

  2. Select the desired filters based on your search criteria.

  • Job Status: Filter jobs based on their assigned status.
  • Scheduled: Filter jobs based on the date they are scheduled for.
  • Assigned: Filter jobs based on their assigned staff member(s).
  • Categories: Filter jobs based on their assigned category.
  1. You can stack multiple filters on top of each other to narrow down your search further.
