Customising columns in Tradify is a valuable feature that empowers you to display the job details that are most important to your workflow.

To add or remove columns in Tradify, follow these steps:

  1. Open Tradify and navigate to the section where you view your jobs.

  2. Look for the column picker option, usually represented by an icon such as a grid or a list. Click on this icon to access the column customisation settings.

  3. Once the column picker menu appears, you will see a list of available columns that you can choose from.

  4. To add a column, highlight the column name by clicking on it or ticking the checkbox next to it. This selection indicates that you want to display that particular column.

  5. Similarly, to remove a column from the display, click on the highlighted column or uncheck the checkbox next to it. This action indicates that you no longer want to see that column.

  6. As you select or deselect columns, you will notice the changes immediately in your job view. The chosen columns will be displayed or hidden accordingly.

Additional Notes:

  • Column Selection: You can choose multiple columns to display simultaneously, depending on your preferences and the job information that is most relevant to you.

  • Personalisation: Customising columns in Tradify allows you to tailor your job view to your specific needs and workflows, ensuring that you have quick access to the information that matters most to you.
