We’re sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription with Tradify.
Our customers save an average of 10 hours per week with Tradify and we’d love to help you achieve the same. If you’d like to book additional training, please click here.
Instructions
If you still want to cancel please follow these instructions:
- Head to Settings.
- Select Plan & Billing.
- Select the option Cancelling Your Subscription.
- You will get the opportunity to book in for some training and claim and exclusive offer on your account or Continue Cancellation.
- Provide us some details on why you would like to cancel - so we can continue to improve the application for everyone!
- Select Cancel Subscription.
Note: We bill in arrears and pro-rata so one last payment will be taken from your account to cover from the 1st of the month until the date you cancelled. This will be processed on the 7th of the following month. See here for more on this: Understanding Tradify's Billing Terms & Conditions
