Why is my Tradify Subscription Payment failing?

Tradify only accepts credit card payments. Tradify accepts many payment providers, with the exclusion of American Express

Instructions

1. Check you have the funds available for all outstanding invoices.  See this article for how to see your Tradify subscription invoices
2. Contact your bank.  Your bank may have an international lock, fraud protection or you may need to activate your card
3. Ensure the billing email address on your account is valid and up to date. You can check this under Settings > Plan & Billing. An invalid or missing billing email can cause payment processing to fail.

If you wish to pay through American Express, you may try using the AccessLine portal to process your payments. As this is a third-party service, Tradify makes no guarantees about the efficiency and efficacy of this platform.
