Filtering Jobs in the Job List

To easily search for jobs based on specific criteria, you can utilise the job filters within the Job Dashboard. Follow these steps:

  1. Locate the available job filters within the Job Dashboard interface.

  2. Select the desired filters based on your search criteria.

  • Job Status: Filter jobs based on their assigned status.
  • Scheduled: Filter jobs based on the date they are scheduled for. This looks at the dates of the job's appointments, so jobs without any appointments in the selected date range will not appear in the results. If you need to find a job that has no appointments scheduled, select Scheduled Anytime to remove the date filter.
  • Assigned: Filter jobs based on their assigned staff member(s).
  • Categories: Filter jobs based on their assigned category.
  1. You can stack multiple filters on top of each other to narrow down your search further.
