How to edit email confirmation content from the Schedule

Learn how to edit email confirmation while creating Job appointments in Scheduler page.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Scheduler page.
  2. Create a New Appointment.
  3. Select the preferred Job for the appointment.
  4. Assign the appointment to your preferred Staff Member.
  5. From the Email Confirmation section, click the pencil icon.
  6. It will give you an Optional Message where you're able to edit the message on top of the email confirmation notification.

Note: You can also tick the Save as default message box below if you would like to save it as the default message for future appointments sent from your user.
