Why is my scheduler an hour behind/ahead?

Issue

The scheduler on the web version of Tradify uses the time zone set in your account settings to show the current time. If the time indicator on your scheduler page is off, it likely means the incorrect time zone is selected.

Solution

  1. Navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Select Company.
  3. Choose/check your timezone in the System Time Zone field, and update this to the correct timezone.
  4. Select Save in the bottom right.
