Cannot see all appointments times on the scheduler

Issue

When an appointment is scheduled outside of work hours, it won’t appear in the day or week view on the scheduler.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Select Scheduler.
  3. Update the Working Day Start and Working Day End to extend the working hours to include the full range of appointment times you plan to use.
