Do you have a staff member's scheduled appointments not showing on Tradify web?
The staff member may be un-ticked from the scheduler.
Instructions
- Head to the Scheduler tab on Tradify Web
- There is a small > arrow on the left hand side of the scheduler, click on the arrow and it should bring out a 'Staff & Connections' and 'Jobs' menu
- Under 'Staff & Connections' make sure all staff have a ✔️ tick next to their name
- Once ticked ✔️ you should be able to see their scheduled appointments.
Additional Information
Only Staff Members with the 'Scheduling & Dispatch' permission with have access to see other Staff Member's appointments in the scheduler.
