Issue
A file (such as a PDF, .mov video, or other attachment) uploaded to a note on a Job/Quote/Invoice is not loading or opening on an iPhone or iPad.
Resolution
Shorten the name of the file prior to uploading it. Files with long names (for example, auto-generated filenames from your camera or device) may not load correctly. Rename the file to something short and simple (e.g., "video1.mov" or "document.pdf") before attaching it to a note.
Additional Information
This applies to all file types including PDFs, videos (.mov, .mp4), and other documents. If you continue to experience issues after shortening the filename, please ensure the file is under 20 MB in size.
