Learn more about what files you can view within Tradify and what files you may need to use an external platform to access.
In Tradify, you can view image and document files within the app. These file types include:
- .JPG or .JPEG
- .PNG
- .IMG
Tradify does not support viewing the following file types. You can attach these in Tradify but cannot view these in-app:
- .MSG
- .XML
- .MP4
- .MOV
- .XLSX or .XLS
- .DOCX
- .PPT
- .WAV
Please note that this list is not exhaustive.
