Why Do My Jobs Become Unassigned When I Delete the last Appointment From a Job?

Answer

When a staff member is linked with a job and has only one appointment added to that job for that staff member, if the appointment is deleted this will remove the staff member from the job as it is no longer scheduled/assigned to that staff member for work to be done.

If you would like the job to remain under the staff staff member for more work/an updated day for work, we recommend updating the times on the appointment instead of deleting it or heading back into the job after it is deleting to add the staff member back on for future work.
