How to reactivate a Connection

Connections cannot be reactivated, however you add them in again as a new connection with the same email address.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Connections page.

  2. Select Add a Connection.

  3. Add the connection again but under an alias email. 

    Example: if the connection account was previously under 'youremail@gmail.com' and you have deactivated it, then you could re-add it under the alias email 'youremail+1@gmail.com'. This will enables you to send the connection another invite email, which will deliver to their original email address.

On the connection end they just need to accept the connection invitation from their email invite.
