You can add a Connection to your Tradify account. The Connection will stay pending until they accept your invitation. They’ll also need to accept any scheduled appointments made for them before the appointment shows up as booked in the Scheduler for both of you.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Connections page.
- Select Add a Connection.
- Type in their email address and select Send Invitation To Connection.
