Job Tasks give you the ability to allocate and manage specific actions or stages that need to be completed on a Job.
Due to the ability to place a budget against each Task, they can also be used to track costs per stage or milestone on a Job.
Labour and material costs can also be allocated to individual tasks which also allows you the ability to separate costs and invoice them separately.
Adding Tasks to a Job
- Go to the Jobs Tab on the bottom menu.
- Select the Job you want to add a Task to or tap
on the bottom right to create a Job.
- Tap the
button (scroll down to find it) and customise your Task
- Tap the
button on the top right to secure your changes.
- Finish customising the Job, and tap the
button on the top right to secure your changes.
Copying Tasks from a Quote
Note: Copying Tasks from a Quote is importing Quote Sections as Job Tasks.
- Go to the Jobs Tab on the bottom menu.
- Select the Job you want to copy a Task into, or tap on the bottom right to create a Job.
- Tap the button (scroll down to find it) and select the Quote you want to copy a Task from.
- Tap the button on the top right to secure your changes.
- Finish customizing the Job, and tap the button on the top right to secure your changes.
