Setting Up Facebook

You can direct enquiries from your Facebook Business page directly to Tradify.

From Facebook, you can add a button to your page.

• With the Make a booking with you option, you can provide a URL to direct users through to. Enter your web enquiry form link in here.
• With the Contact you option, you can can select Contact Us or Sign Up and enter your web enquiry form link. You can also select Send Email and enter your sending email address.

To add your enquiry link as a button, follow the below steps. 

1. On your Facebook business page, head to the '...' menu and select Edit Action Button 
   
   
   
   
2. Choose an option, e.g. Contact Us, then click Next   
   
   
3. Select Add website link
    
4. Add your enquiry webform link from Settings > Enquiries  
   
   
5. You should now have a Contact us button that links directly to your Tradify Enquiry form
