Learn more on how to clear your browser's cache to improve your Tradify experience.
Browsers try and remember websites and their contents in a 'cache' to save having to go and retrieve them from the internet when you visit a site again. Sometimes this means your browser has an old version of a web page or some of its contents in its cache which every so often can cause it to get confused.
Note: Clearing your browser's cache may remove your existing access to Tradify and your internet history. Please ensure you have your login details on hand and have any crucial information backed up.
If this happens you can force your browser go and get everything fresh from the internet. Depending on your browser there are different ways of doing this:
IMPORTANT: Please note that on certain browsers, you can deselect History to ensure you're not deleting all of your browser information. Please also check you do not want to clear usernames and passwords.
