Learn more on how to clear your browser's cache to improve your Tradify experience.

Browsers store some website data in a cache to avoid reloading it from the internet on return visits. However, this can sometimes cause errors if the cached version is outdated.

Note: Clearing your browser's cache can remove your existing saved access to Tradify and your internet history. Please ensure you have your login details on hand and have any crucial information backed up.

On certain browsers, you can deselect History to ensure you're not deleting all of your browser information. Please also deselect the option to clear usernames and passwords.

Still missing a button after clearing your cache?

If a button like Save & Continue, Save & Close, or Save is missing after clearing your cache and updating your browser, a browser extension might be blocking it. Ad blockers and privacy or security tools can hide page elements, and clearing your cache doesn't disable these extensions.
