Importing Price List Items from MYOB AccountRight

Tradify offers the ability to import your price list file directly over from MYOB AccountRight via the click of a button.

Note: If you use this method, Tradify will place all imported price list items under one generic supplier labelled "Imported from MYOB".

Instructions

Head over to  Settings > Price Lists > click on "Options" > then select "Import Price List Items from MYOB".

Note: Depending on the size of your price list, the import may take a minute to complete. If the import is taking more than 5 minutes, please refresh the page.

What gets imported

The cost (buy price) of each price list item in Tradify is taken from the item's Standard Cost (found on the Buying Details tab of the item in MYOB AccountRight). The last purchase price or average cost of an item is not used. If you would like a different cost to come across, update the item in MYOB first, then import again.

Note: Price list items that already exist in Tradify are only updated if you tick "Update Existing Price List Items" when importing. Otherwise only new items are added.
