Add a Price List item to a Quote

Instructions

Note: Price List Items are items that have been saved in your Settings for regular use and entry when quoting or invoicing.

1. Navigate to the Quotes page.
2. Search for an select the Draft quote you want to add items to or create a new one.
3. Scroll down to the Line Items section.
4. Select the Price List Item button.
   
   
    
5. Search by the item code or item description.
   
   
    
6. Select the price list item you need from the Dropdown list.

Note: If you edit an item in the Quote once it is added, it will not update the default Price List Item.
