Price List Items are items that have been saved in your Settings for regular use and entry when quoting or invoicing.
Instructions
To add Price List Items to your Quote:
- Navigate the Sales Page.
- Select Draft under Quotes.
- Search for and select the draft Quote you want to add an item to or create a new quote.
- Select Add Line Item.
- Select Price List Item.

Search by the item code or item description in the Price List Item field and select it.
Note: If you edit an item in the Quote once it is added, it will not update the default Price List Item.
- Select either Add Another to add more price list items or Done to finish adding items.
- Select Save on your Quote.
