Today we will walk through the steps of attaching files attached in job notes and invoice notes to your invoice email to the customer.
Instructions
To get started:
- Head to the 'Jobs' page > Then select the job you're invoicing.
- From here head to the Invoice/quote tab > Then either make an invoice/quote or select an existing one you have started.
- Once you have created or opened the Invoice/Quote you want to send with attachments you can click the paper plane icon in the top corner to send this as an email.
- From the Email screen, scroll down to the bottom where it shows 'Attach Files' and click here to select attachments from your job or invoice notes.
- You have now successfully added Attachments from your notes to the Invoice email and you can send this off to your customer.
