Sometimes our Tradify support will ask you to open a New Incognito Window to make a few tests on your platform.
Incognito windows don't save and record from your browsing history, cookies and site data, or information entered in forms, which make it a perfect testing ground to see if those areas are impacting the use of your Tradify in any way.
Open an Incognito Window in Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
New Incognito Window.
- A new window appears. In the top corner, check for the Incognito icon

Open a Private Window in Safari
- On your computer, Open Safari.
- Select File at the top-left corner of your screen.
- Select New Private Window from the drop-down menu. A new window opens, showing Private at the top left.
Browser Extensions
An Incognito (or InPrivate) window disables browser extensions, making it useful for testing. If Tradify behaves differently; like a missing button appearing, then an extension is likely causing the issue. Ad blockers, content blockers, and privacy extensions often hide page elements.
If the missing item shows up in Incognito, disable your browser extensions one by one to find the culprit. Then, either keep that extension off for Tradify or add Tradify to its trusted sites list.
