Where to save my Bank Account details on Invoices

In Tradify you can add your Bank Account details, and any other payment instructions to your Document Theme, so that is automatically added to the bottom of every invoice. 

 

Instructions

  1. Head to Settings
  2. then Document Themes 
  3. click on your Document Theme name in blue, this is sometimes called Standard as a default 
  4. This should bring up a pop-up box to edit your Document Theme settings.
    To specifically edit what's on your invoices, click on the Invoices tab
  5. In the Terms & Payment Information box, add in your account number, or any other important payment instructions for your customer.

  6. Click the blue Save button to save your changes.

Additional Information

If you want your customer to get your bank account details from your quotes or estimates too, copy them over to the Quotes tab in Document Themes. 

You can also add them to your invoice email body in Email Templates - Email Templates in Tradify
