The Option to Copy from Bill to Costs is no Longer Appearing for a Staff Member

Issue

When creating a bill, the pop up box asking if you would like to copy the bill to costs is no longer appearing. 

 

Resolution

The likely cause is that, the Remember My Choice option was selected on a previous occasion.

To enable this pop up request again:

  1. Head to the Settings page.
  2. Select Staff Members.
  3. Select the staff member you want to update.
  4. Toggle on the Copy Bills to Costs popup option in their staff member detail.
